About Demo Profile
Demo Profile shows you how your account will look like. It was used to set up the complete network with example information.
When you click on the Demo Profile link on your top menu it will open in a new window. This is to find Demo as a comparison guide when personalizing your own profile.
ABOUT YOUR DASHBOARD
Your Widgets Settings link is under your small avatar on your profile menu. The link will take you to your account dashboard.
Do click on the colored buttons, at the top of your dashboard, to familiarize yourself with what they do.
Change your account name
You can change your account name on Profile Settings - Base. Find your Profile Settings under your small avatar on the profile menu.
BuddyMeet - Webcam
You will find BuddyMeet as an addition to Groups. Members of a group can use the webcam for group discussions. Find the example group here on the sidebar, join the group and test it! Go to the group's INFO tab for recommendations for the BuddyMeet setup. MOBILE. When you are on a mobile device, click on the LAUNCH IN WEB button to open the cam.
You can personalize your Activity Wall Menu and filter of what you want to see. NOTE. You will find your 'liked' posts under MY FAVORITES on the menu. NOTE. Take a look at the Demo Account Activity Wall (on their profile) for examples of how your different posts will look like.
PUBLISH AN ARTICLE
Click on ARTICLES on your profile menu and add New Article! NOTES. (1) The Featured Image is the image that shows when you publish and share your articles. (2) A Default Featured Image will show if you don't have one. (3) SAVE AND PUBLISH articles are immediately available. SAVE articles will be a DRAFT until you're ready to publish it.
Add to your mobile home screen
(1) ANDROID. Open website in Chrome and click on the 'Add To Homescreen' link on the browser settings (3 dots). (2) IPHONE (IOS). Open website in Safari and 'Add To Homescreen' on the browser settings. (3) You can change the link name once the confirmation window opened.
